VERSACRYL Splint

Depending on the requirements of the case, a number of unique combinations could be achieved using VERSACRYL: two or more rigidities can be incorporated in different areas of the splint.

A typical VERSACRYL Splint consists of a hard biting surface and a softer main body. To insert, the patient runs hot tap water on the splint for 20 seconds and then uses finger pressure to push the appliance in place. Never use opposing teeth to bite the splint down.

The splint is now securely lodged around the teeth. To remove, the patient rinses the mouth with warm water and then immediately removes the appliance.
